Strategy advisor to the senior management team of Union Income Benefit (UIB) focusing on the development and implementation of corporate strategies designed to further UIB’s future growth and development, through enhanced distribution of its products to its targeted pool of potential insurable clients.
We explored a number of avenues and utilised our extensive networks to identify and build affinity and insurance distribution partnerships as well as direct marketing, brand development and powerful white-labelled promotional vehicles which have included media having a fit with UIB’s customer demographics.
Our strategic evaluation is based on a framework which encompasses a strategic filter - building a vision and a strategy, organisational change – building a strategic organisation, assessment of value – building a value-driven organisation, evaluation of priority options for change and evaluation of exit options – building a strategy for future exit.
